Serene Sleep contains a blend of fresh herbs cultivated in our gardens that calm the nervous system to promote a better night’s sleep. Taken 30 minutes before bed, it can alleviate insomnia and improve length and quality of rest. This formula can also be used as a sedative and minor pain reliever in times of high stress.
Serene Sleep Contains: Fresh cultivated California Poppy roots (Eschscholzia californica), Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) and organic cane alcohol.
