Botanical Skin Care
We carefully craft botanical salves and therapeutic oils to heal and nourish the skin. The herbs in our Healing Salves are always harvested with respect and care at their peak seasonal potency. Herbs are cultivated in our gardens or harvested from wild stands of locally abundant plants. Salves are produced from fresh plant material and processed with care by hand in small batches. Each herb is infused slowly with the power of the sun in organic olive or almond oil for one complete lunar cycle and then hand pressed. We then blend these medicinal oils with locally sourced pure filtered beeswax, organic unrefined shea butter and vitamin E oil. These ingredients are chosen for their soothing and emollient properties. Each salve is formulated with a blend of organic essential oils chosen for their unique medicinal virtues. Wise Mountain Botanicals’ salves are for topical application and are an excellent way to directly deliver plant medicine through the skin.
Therapeutic oils are crafted in a base of organic oils infused with fresh herbs cultivated in our gardens. This is then blended with other rich, rejuvenating botanical oils and organic essential oils, creating a concentrated healing and aromatic oil for topical use.

Rose Geranium Restorative Face Elixir
An aromatic, healing, restorative face elixir to promote healthy, glowing skin. Featuring rose geranium infused oil and organic essential oil for a rosy scented face serum. Rose geranium is well known for its skin balancing and healing properties. This face oil contains garden grown botanicals, organic base oils and essential oils that can soothe inflammation and eczema, improve elasticity and skin tone, and balance sebum production. A fast absorbing, restorative oil that leaves skin soft and silky.
Suggested use is to apply a few drops to the face and neck after cleansing. Makes for a lovely evening face oil for silky, smooth skin. Pairs well with our aromatic hydrosols for radiant skin.
This face serum is crafted from fresh, garden grown rose geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) and rose petals (Rosa sp.) infused in organic almond and jojoba oils, organic rosehip seed oil, vitamin E oil and organic essential oils of rose geranium, palmarosa, lavender, helichrysum, carrot seed and rose de mai extract.
