All shipping time estimates reflect the transit time after our processing and handling is completed.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

After we ship your package, we will email you with a tracking number. Should there be any delays with receipt of your package, please contact your USPS or UPS carrier with this tracking number to obtain a status update. Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to control its transit within the USPS or UPS systems. We are unable to control delays due to shipping carrier strikes, carrier shutdowns, extreme weather, or other extraordinary events affecting carrier systems.

After we ship your package, we will email you with a tracking number. Should your package be reported as delivered, but you did not receive your package, please contact your USPS or UPS carrier for further investigation. Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to control its transit within the USPS or UPS systems. We are not liable for package damage, loss, theft, or carrier errors in delivery.

For domestic U.S. orders, free standard shipping is automatically applied on all online purchases with a subtotal of $100 or more (after discounts and before taxes). Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the most reliable and efficient option for your location.

We're happy to make things right with your order when our mistake is involved. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

• A product is missing from your order

• We shipped the wrong item, size, or quantity

• A product is defective or missing a correct label/seal

In these cases, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement — your choice.

Because our herbal products are perishable and crafted in small batches, all other sales are final once they leave our facility.
